You can set Amicus use the QuickBooks standard template for posted time entries—see Enable time entry/expense posting for the firm.
QuickBooks creates time activities from the Amicus time entries it imports from the posting file.
● Posting filename — PostedEntriesFor[FirmMemberInitials][PostingDate]-[PostingTime].IIF, where PostingDate has the format MM.DD.YYYY.
● Matching fields and records — If existing QuickBooks customers, jobs, employees, and billing rates that match those in the imported time activities are not found, they will be created. Or if you prefer, you may set up these items ahead of time in QuickBooks.

● Required fields — Time entries cannot be posted unless they are associated with a file that has a client ID and matter ID.
● Omitted fields — Activity and task codes may be used in Amicus (depending on your preference settings) but are not exported.
● Billing rate values — The values specified in Amicus timekeeper's preferences are not exported. To ensure that amounts are calculated the same in both applications, specify the same values in QuickBooks (as hourly billing rate prices for the corresponding employee service items).
